To determine when your child can commence their prep year, use the prep ready reckoner calculator.
The school Office will be open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday during the week before school commences. The office will be open from 8am each morning.
Completed enrolment forms or enquiries can be emailed to admin@athertonss.eq.edu.au or you can contact the school on 40957333 if you have any questions.
Prep Enrolment Process
Pick up an Application for Enrolment Pack from our Front Office or call 4095 7333 to have one posted to your address.
Below is our enrolment process for you to follow.
1. Paperwork to be handed in when you lodge your enrolment:
- Application for Enrolment Form
- Your child's Birth Certificate
- Prep Questionnaire
- Court Orders (if any)
Our office staff will then contact you to organise an enrolment interview.
2. All parents and children are to attend a Prep Enrolment Interview.
The purpose of the interview is to go through the information you have submitted on your Enrolment Forms and to clarify any details regarding these forms.
It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you have regarding your child's enrolment.

3. Confirmation of Enrolment:
- An email will be sent in Week 10 of Term 4 with the following information:
- Uniform Shop Information
- School Map
- Tuckshop Information
